Can I use WiseBlock for clients outside the platform?
Absolutely. The Professional plan includes a full CRM for all your customers — property managers, homeowners, commercial clients — whether they use WiseBlock or not.
What happens after my 14-day trial?
If you don't upgrade, you'll be moved to the free Starter plan. No charge, no data lost. You keep your RFQ access and basic quoting.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties.
Do you take a commission on jobs?
No. WiseBlock never takes a percentage of your jobs. You pay a flat monthly fee (or nothing on Starter). What you earn is 100% yours.
How do I get paid by clients?
On Professional and Enterprise plans, you can send invoices with Stripe payment links. Clients pay directly to your bank account.
